Mark Sichling

Mark Sichling has a broad and comprehensive background in the building and building supply industries. He spent ten years in the millwork industry at the wholesale and retail levels.

Mark began his career as a sales representative for Plunkett & Webster, a Marvin Window dealer in New Jersey. He joined Jilco Windows as a sales manager with multiple locations and sales people.

In 1992 Mark joined The Douglas Development Corporation as a Director of Sales and Marketing. During the seven years that followed, Mark worked with DDC clients acquiring land, coordinating architectural and engineering services and selecting finish products for over twenty custom built homes. Mark earned, and continues to hold a New York State Real Estate license.

In 1999 Mark formed ZAC Enterprises NY, Inc., a residential construction company. Zac Enterprises offers a comprehensive home remodeling and custom-built home program for homeowners who desire creative participation in the design and construction process. We will take you through the process one step at a time and ensure that your construction project will be an enjoyable one.

Mark earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Alfred University in 1982.
