inform you what should be on the plan to bring it up to code specifications.
Some contractors
leave elements out of their quotes in order to submit a low bid. They then require Change
Orders at additional charge to install what should have been included originally. The homeowner
is left "holding the bag." Please watch out for this tactic. If you've been
given a bid that is lower than ours, we'll be happy to come back and show you what was
